What is a Life Lease?
Some apartments in our area cost around $500 to over $1000 per month plus utilities! Or you can choose one of the senior living facilities that offer various services at a cost of anywhere from $1000 to $200 per month. all of these facilities are likely to increase their cost either annually or biannually.
Simeon Square, on the other hand, offers a life lease. If you have set aside as little as $53,400 over your senior life, you can have a one bedroom unit. We offer a life lease, which depreciates over 20 years at a fixed rate that is guaranteed for as long as you live in the apartment. If you live with us for over 20 years, there is no additional depreciation!
Our maintenance fee, at $225, is your only monthly payment for housing, other than electricity and your personal internet/cable. When you move out, you will receive a refund of the remaining balance.
